My sewer line was backing up into my house. I called High Plains Plumbing and Sewer and they were at my house within 45 minutes. That's outstanding! Did a very thorough cleaning of my sewer line. A week later the problem returned. They came out immediately and assessed the sewer line had a severe dip in the line or it was partially collapsed. Determined it needed to be replaced. Started the job within a couple of days and was finished in two and a half days. Complete! No problem since. Very polite, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend these guys for any plumbing problems.

These guys are so easy to work with and make what can be a disaster seem way more manageable. I bought a house and all of the shutoff valves were not working, leaks were happening in the master shower, toilet was installed crooked and they showed up quickly and fixed everything. No issues! Prompt, helpful, great customer service, and so amazing with their communication. These are the people you need to use. They are incredibly INCREDIBLY PROMPT! I called the night before and they had someone out at 10am sharp. I had a nasty leak under my home that was causing some serious water bills, and one of their guys got it done asap! They have been nothing but professional and helpful!

We live out of state and heard there was a leak in our home, I contacted Destiny with High Plains. She sent someone out right away and was able to repair everything within a couple of hours. Very friendly and understanding we are so grateful!
We were having issues with our kitchen sink not draining, and the team from High Plains came out promptly and worked diligently to fix the problem. Friendly, knowledgeable and very affordable! I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable they were for three solid hours of plumbing work. Our family would absolutely call them again if needed!
Really great service and very affordable. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Was able to get someone to come out and fix my problem the next day. Will definitely use them again. I have never had better service from a plumber. I am very satisfied with their work overall.
